Implementation.
While implementing the design project even with a best construction (building) brigade and having a perfect even in tiny details project it's impossible to avoid all arising questions from light fitting and finishes to the suitable shades of gray. Author's supervision is the way to control the implementation process. This supervision implies that the author of the design project is present on site when needed and is responsible for coordination with the construction brigade. Technical supervision is offered as well in order to control the quality of the contractor's work and accounting of all the expenses.

While implementing our projects (technical documentation, details, decor) we only work with time tested construction brigades. Quality selection of our constructors, materials and service providers is the condition for our quality service. For the implementation of a particular project within the cost estimate we choose only the best for you. All warranties are provided. We also provide full control and navigate construction brigades, create and implement projects, control time frames and supplies, collaborate with a particular contractor. We are fully in charge of the quality of the construction process, ensuring accuracy of the cost estimate agreed with the client.
